Rapeseed honey- it is easily recognizable honey because of its mild, sometimes even bland taste and creamy white color. It has a high glucose content and a relatively small amount of water, thanks to which it crystallizes very quickly, even a few days after the honey harvest. It is one of the first that bees bring to the apiary after winter - rapeseed nectar usually in May. It is a very popular variety in our country.

Composition and properties of rapeseed honey:
It is characterized by a particularly low content of minerals, but highly bioavailable by the body. These include, among others, iron, which is a component of hemoglobin and an oxygen transporter in the body. The bioavailability of this element from honey is approximately 63%. Rapeseed honey is also a honey rich in boron, i.e. an element necessary for the construction of bone tissue and the proper functioning of the spleen and thyroid gland.

Used mainly for pulmonary and cardiac diseases (glucose is an excellent nutrient for muscles, especially for the heart)
· In constipation, in diseases of the liver (increases its detoxification capacity), kidneys and urinary tract.
· It is also responsible for the proper interaction of other elements in the body.
It is a valuable regenerative conditioner in states of physical and mental exhaustion.
· Applied directly to the diseased tissue, it cleans it of necrotic elements and purulent discharge, which in turn accelerates healing and scarring of wounds.
In addition, quick application of honey to the burned skin protects it from blistering and infection.
