LINDEN honey is one of the most valuable varieties of honey. Obtained at the turn of June and July from linden trees, which are considered the queens of honey trees in Poland, this honey is light yellow or light amber in color, but sometimes it is greenish gray. Linden honey has a very distinct, pleasant taste and a very distinctive aroma that is somewhat reminiscent of the smell of fresh mint leaves. It is said that if you try LINDEN honey once, you will never confuse it with other honey.

Linden honey is very sweet: it contains 36% glucose and about 40% fructose. Composition and properties of linden honey: LINDEN honey contains carotene, vitamins K, E and B, many useful microelements and biologically active substances. In addition to its excellent taste and unique aroma, it has many healing properties:

• it works like a cold medicine - it has antipyretic and anti-inflammatory properties

The antibacterial properties of linden honey are used in the treatment of intestinal diseases: it improves the condition of the liver, kidneys and gall bladder. By the way, it has a slight laxative effect.
